*Vendor must attend both days of Expo. 1 Day Vendor Booth Fee will be $500. Vendor must also be set up and ready to go by the time doors open to the public.

If you would like to order any furnishings, and/or electrical services, please contact us for additional pricing 559-362-4046. In order to provide you with advanced discount pricing, order forms must received 10 days prior to date of the first show day with payment in full. All check payments must be received with completed order form. For your convenience we accept Visa or MasterCard.
If you are not able to complete your order prior to the show, you may piace your order at our service desk during exhibitor load-in. Payment must be made at the time the order is placed. There will be a limited amount of furnishings available at the show site. Orders placed at the show site are on a first come first show basis, so colors and sizes cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that you pre-order your furnishings in order to receive the equipment you prefer and insure a smooth load-in.
ALL EXHIBITOR DISPLAYS MUST BE FREE STANDING & SELF SUPPORTED!
Absolutely no Velcro, staples, glue, wire or other damaging devices will be allowed on any draperies or poles belonging to J-Live Entertainment. Zip ties will be allowed.

Checklist for fire & safety requirements for exhibit space, booth, trailer or tent *All fabric or pliable canopy covers, side/back drops and decorative material must be fire resistive or treated.
*Electrical extension cords shall be of the heavy-duty, three-wire (grounded), hard-usage type.
*Each booth utilizing cooking shall have a minimum 241OBC rated portable fire extinguisher. All fire extinguishers must be serviced by a SFM licensed company with a service tag attached.
The fire extinguishers must be mounted or secured so that they will not fall over, and must be visible and accessible.
*Inside vehicle displays must have battery terminals disconnected. Vehicle fuel tanks shall be no more than half filled and the gas cap must be locked or taped.
*No open flames.
*No blocking or obstruction of exits.
*No blocking of fire hydrants.
*No blocking of fire extinguishers.
*No blocking of standpipe and fire hose cabinets.

Each Merchant is required to be fully insured while at the Cosmetology & Barber Convention/Expo of Central California. Set up and tear down dates should be included with show dates. If your current business insurance does not cover you while at the Cosmo Barber Expo or if you do not have insurance, you may acquire it through J-Live Entertainment, please let us know if interested in a 1 day Insurance Certificate.
