Kings of the Stage 2 - Sign ups - May 29

J-Live Entertainment, the producers of the popular “Next Big Thing Talent Show”, present their second annual “Kings of the Stage” a true battle of the bands during the 2007 Kings Fair on Friday July 13 at the Fair’s outdoor theater.

“We created this competition to give local bands an opportunity to shine, we have a talent show for singers, dancers, rappers, etc. which is the Next Big Thing, but this show is where bands can rock out on the big stage at the Kings Fair”, said Joey Perez, Founder of J-Live Entertainment.

8 local bands will be chosen to compete in the second annual Kings of the Stage show, and the winning bands will receive commemorative crowns and $500 in cash.

Last years winner, Fresno based, Flight 409 are now touring with the band Saosin and opening for their national tour.   

Interested bands can sign up at Señor Boogies Restaurant in Hanford on May 29 beginning at 7pm. Or they can send their demos and band information to joeyp@jliveent.com. Deadline for entry is Friday June 1.

Following sign ups, fans will have the opportunity to vote on www.jliveent.com for their favorite band and the Top 8 bands with the highest number of votes will get the chance to chance to compete at this years Kings Fair.
