Kings Fair welcomes back the “Next Big Thing Talent Show” for the popular competition’s fifth consecutive year. Last Auditions is July 5 at the Thursday Night Marketplace in Hanford.  

Hanford, CA---- J-Live Entertainment, the company that welcomed chart topping Hip-Hop and R&B group, Pretty Ricky to Hanford this past April will produce their popular “Next Big Thing Talent Show” in the competition’s fifth consecutive year at the Kings Fair, July 12-15.

This year’s competition will feature talented contestants from all over the Central Valley trying to become the “Next Big Thing” and win up to $1,000 in cash prizes.

“We would like to announce that the Next Big Thing Talent Show will now be exclusive to the Kings Fair for our Hanford production of the competition”, said an ecstatic Joey Perez, Founder of J-Live Entertainment.

 The Next Big Thing Talent Show was first produced at the Hanford Civic Auditorium in Downtown Hanford, but Perez wants the competition to become an annual fair attraction in which families and young adults can always expect come fair time.

“When you go to the Fair each year, you will always remember to get a seat to the Next Big Thing, that is our vision”, said Perez.

The annual spring show which was annually produced at the Civic Auditorium will be made available to another city in the Central Valley as J-Live will begin its quest to expand the shows production. Possible new cities include: Avenal, Corcoran, Porterville, and Dinuba.

The Next Big Thing Talent Show will begin Thursday July 12 with “Next Big Thing Stars” a night of the talent shows brightest performers and champions from the past 5 years. Competition officially begins on Friday July 13 with the Kid’s/Teen’s divisions followed by Saturday July 14 with the Adults category ages 18 and over. Sunday July 15, the Next Big Thing closes the Fair with the competitions finale “Sunday Showdown” in which the Top 5 contestants from each age group battle it out to become the Next Big Thing.
