Hanford, CA --- J-Live Entertainment Founder Joey Perez was irate after being forced to cancel a Mixed Martial Arts event that the company had in the works since April.

Perez and the J-Live staff were put under a tremendous amount of pressure as they needed to replace the canceled sporting event.

After numerous phone calls, emails, and meetings J-Live Entertainment have confirmed that chart topping artist and star of VH1's hit reality show, RAY J will headline the 2009 Kings Fair as he takes the stage in Hanford on July 10, 2009.

"We are thrilled to announce that RAY J will headline the 2009 Kings Fair", said Perez.

RAY J is the star of VH1's "For the love of Ray J" as thousands vie for the grand prize to be Ray J's girlfriend. The Show was one of VH1's top programs and will be returning for a second season this Fall.

Ray J also had smash hits in 2008 and early 2009 topping the charts with "One Wish" and "Sexy Can I".

A fire was lit under Perez after the cancellation of the MMA event and he decided to take the RAY J concert to a whole new level. He made some additional calls and confirmed another chart topping artist DJ UNK to take the stage as well on July 10 in Hanford.

DJ UNK has taken over the charts and the music scene with his popular singles "2 Step" & "Walk it out".

"In the past two years we have taken local entertainment to the next level providing the south valley with some major concerts" Perez said. "In 2007 we brought you Pretty Ricky, in 2008 we brought you Danity Kane, and in 2009 the south valley will get RAY J and DJ UNK live in concert".
