PRESS RELEASE:
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 8, 2007
J-Live to give
fans “Total Control” on deciding next concert to be produced in the
Central Valley.
Following a successful and safe concert at the
Hanford Civic Auditorium in which J-Live Entertainment welcomed
Atlantic Records chart topping Hip-Hop/R&B group, “Pretty Ricky”
last April, J-Live Founder Joey Perez would like to give a big thank
you to the thousands of fans that were in attendance. However, Perez
will not settle for your ordinary “Thank You” card.
Perez and his company, J-Live Entertainment
producers of the popular, “Next Big Thing Talent Show” would like to
give fans “TOTAL CONTROL” over the decision making and promoting of
their next big concert.
“Due to the overwhelming response at the Pretty
Ricky concert last April, we want the fans to choose who they would
like to see in concert right here in the Central Valley”, said
Perez.
Starting May 21, fans will have the opportunity
to log on to J-Live Entertainment’s official website
www.jliveent.com, and vote from a list of artists in different
musical genres and categories. The artist with the most votes will
be contacted and possibly booked for a show at a location to be
determined in the Central Valley.
“If we can’t book the artist with the most
votes, we will book an artist from that winning musical category
whether it is Country, Rap, Rock, Metal etc and bring them to the
fans, and that’s a guarantee”, said Perez.
J-Live Entertainment is creating this new
online voting promotion as a way to figure out who and what type of
music the Central Valley fans want to see in concert if they had
“Total Control”.
J-Live’s “Total Control” promotion voting will
end on July 16 and an announcement will follow with detailed
information on who will be performing in concert and where.
In the mean time, J-Live Entertainment
continues to take entertainment to the next level as they prepare
for the Kings Fair on July 12-15 in which the company will produce
two shows. J-Live’s “Next Big Thing Talent Show” will take place
July 12-15 and their “Kings of the Stage” Battle of the Bands
competition returns for the second year on July 13 at the Fairs
outdoor theater in which 8 local bands will vie for the chance at
becoming Kings of the Stage and taking home $500 in cash. Last
year’s winner was Fresno-based band, Flight 409.
